During the Vinitaly evenings (1,2,3,4 April)2023 the serviceio will be divided into two rounds:

FIRST SHIFT, 19.00 to 21.00 (the
bill at 20.55, you will have to leave the table at 21.00) The menu will be à la carte as usual.
The reservation request can be made via the Google "book table" button or within our site, and you will have to wait for confirmation.

SECOND SHIFT, 21.15 at Closing


The menu will cost €74.00 per pax, drinks and desserts not included.

-In case of no show by some participants, it will be possible to re-credit only 1 place setting per table.

-In the event of an increase in participants (notifying us in advance) where there is availability, these will be paid at the time of the bill at the restaurant.

- In the body of the email you can find our menu. You can choose your dinner in advance even before arriving at the restaurant, by sending us your preferences via email. However, it will be possible to make changes on the spot.

The menu will include 3 courses that you can freely choose in any order. Any combinations are possible, but the main course will always be one per pax.
The dry aged Rib will be sold separately.

Policy of the Alcova during Vinitaly:
1) It is not possible to arrive at the restaurant with your own bottles.
2) The consumption of wine in the second round is mandatory (these are evenings dedicated to wine lovers and operators)
3) The wine consumed during the aperitif while waiting for the table will be paid at the moment.
4) From 20.00 to 23.00, entry to the premises will be permitted only at reserved tables.
